England
No surprises
Search a postcode or browse any area or ward in England & Wales. Every one has its own page.
Rent or mortgage, council tax, energy, water, broadband and indicative insurance, added into one honest monthly total.
Each figure is tagged with where it came from and when. Estimates, not quotes, and never hidden behind a sign-up.
The honest bit
They're grounded estimates, not quotes. For the specific area you're looking at, each line is built from official published data: ONS rents and house prices, council tax set by each authority, the Ofgem energy cap, Ofcom broadband, and regional water charges. Your own bills will vary with the exact property and provider, but the totals are realistic, not made up.
Rent (or a typical mortgage on the buyer view), council tax, energy, water, broadband and an indicative insurance figure. It's the ongoing cost of living somewhere, not one-off moving costs like stamp duty, deposits or removals.
Each source on its own cadence: rents monthly, the energy cap quarterly, council tax annually each April, broadband annually. Every figure on an area page is tagged with the source and the date it's from, so you can always see how current it is.
No. Every area and ward page is fully open: no account, no paywall, no email gate. We show our working up front.
